• 1 Cup frozen banana
  • 1 Cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence


  • Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor or Thermomix until smooth.
  • Spread the ice cream out in a flat container and place in the freezer.
  • Take the ice cream out after an hour and give it a stir.
  • Freeze for another hour or 2, take out of the freezer and serve with strawberries or natural hazelnut spread
