- 1 Cup frozen banana
- 1 Cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor or Thermomix until smooth.
- Spread the ice cream out in a flat container and place in the freezer.
- Take the ice cream out after an hour and give it a stir.
- Freeze for another hour or 2, take out of the freezer and serve with strawberries or natural hazelnut spread
