BATH SALTS

Epsom salt is a naturally occurring mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate. They have a number of healing benefits including soothing the mind, body and soul.

When we put Epsom salts in our bath mixed with therapeutic grade essential oils, our skin absorbs the magnesium, sulphate and essential oils leaving us with so many benefits. What are they you ask?

How to make the bath salts:

I buy a big bag of Epsom salts online. I get a pretty jar and that is my bath salts jar. Fill ¹⁄³ of the jar with Epsom salts and add a few drops of the essential oils of choice. Put the lid on and shake. Take the lid off and add the next 3rd of Epsom salts and a few drops of you oils. Lid on and shake. Repeat one more time until the jar is full.

Add ½ Cup of the bath salts to your bath. Relax and enjoy.
