Store bought dressings are full of sugar, salt and bad fats. To make your own is so quick and simple. It just tastes better too.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- ¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¹⁄8 tsp. sea salt
- Pinch black pepper
METHOD:
- Put all of the ingredients into a thin, tall container. Using a stick blender, quickly whizz the ingredients together until emulsified together.
- If you don’t have a stick blender, you can put the ingredients into a small glass jar, put the lid on and vigorously shake until emulsified.
- You can keep this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
