Store bought dressings are full of sugar, salt and bad fats. To make your own is so quick and simple. It just tastes better too.



  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey
  • ¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¹⁄8 tsp. sea salt
  • Pinch black pepper



  • Put all of the ingredients into a thin, tall container. Using a stick blender, quickly whizz the ingredients together until emulsified together.
  • If you don’t have a stick blender, you can put the ingredients into a small glass jar, put the lid on and vigorously shake until emulsified.
  • You can keep this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
