CREAMY CORIANDER DRESSING

If you are vegan or don’t like to use eggs or cream for your salad dressing, this one is for you.

Coriander is a great heavy metal detoxes, everyone should incorporate it into their lives.

Gluten, egg, nut and dairy free

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper or chilli (optional)
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • ¹⁄³ Cup coriander

METHOD:

  • Put all of the ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and put the lid on with measuring cup in.
  • Turn it on 10 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. If you think it’s too thick you can add a tiny bit of water.
  • Turn it back on 10 seconds, speed 7. 
  • Pour it into a jar and serve over salad or roast potatoes.
