A great way to get some nutrients into your kids with protein, good sugars and carbs and fat to sustain them while they are at school. Yes, we need fat people. Feeds our brains and keeps us full longer.


Gluten, egg and nut free

Serves 2 children or 1 adult



  • ½ Cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ Cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ¾ Cup coconut water
  • ¹⁄³ Cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds



  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or Bullet blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve in little mason jars with lids and straws. My children love those little jars.
