This cleaner is by far cheaper than any commercial cleaner you will find in a shop, and it also is minus the toxins. It takes a minute to make and is highly effective. You can use it in the kitchen or bathroom.

What vinegar helps combat bacteria and cleans away grime. Distilled water doesn’t have heavy metals in it like tap water. Essential oils are anti-bacterial so are great to use in cleaners in the kitchen where food is prepared or in the bathroom where we harbour loads of germs.

  • 1 Cup white vinegar
  • 1 Cup distilled water
  • 10 drops of pure essential oils. I use Doterra as they are independently tested for synthetics and to ensure they are organic. Oils like On Guard, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Wild Orange, Lime, Lemongrass, Lavender and Purify.
  • You will need a glass 500ml spray bottle. Glass is optimal because essential oils will draw toxins from the plastic if you use a plastic bottle.

  • Using a funnel, pour all ingredients into the spray bottle. Give a good shake.
  • Make sure you shake it before each use.
