Dairy free and yet so creamy. With only 4 ingredients, this smoothie is a quick and easy treat.
Dairy, gluten, egg and nut free
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ripe bananas (we use frozen banana)
- 1 Cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 vanilla bean pod (or a few drops of vanilla extract)
- 1 Cup rice or almond milk
METHOD:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.
- Serve is a glass or mason jar.
