Hi everyone and welcome. This is my blog page for people who might be looking for a little direction and assistance when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle for yourself and/or your family. I have always been very interested in health, wellness and fitness. But since having a chronic illness myself I really wanted to know more. I spent the past few years researching, trying new things and living a life as clean as possible.
I would love to share some of my tips and discoveries along my health and wellness journey. Everything has been trial and error, so I want to share with you the things that I have found to be the best value for money and the most effective. I have a high interest in nutrition and love to develop my own recipes that I am going to share with you all. The best thing about my recipes is that the whole family will love them.
I have 2 children, a Diploma in Child Studies, I am a preschool teacher, I have been a nanny and I have also been a cook in preschools. Therefore I have learned many awesome ways to help children grow and develop. I have also discovered that a mothers instinct can sometimes be much greater than any professional skills and knowledge. I have been in situations where I have been made to feel like an over-reacting mother or even a hypochondriac myself. Fortunately for me I have learned to listen to my body and go with my gut when it comes to my children.
Please feel free to ask me for direction. I may not have the right answers. What I do know is that often, if you don’t step out of your comfort zone and try something new you may never get the right answer.
You only have one body and one life and prevention is better than cure. I always say to people that just because you don’t feel like you have anything wrong with you, it doesn’t mean that something isn’t underlying or manifesting to become something big. There is no better time than now to begin living clean.
