INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
- 12 x Medjool dates, Slice lengthways down one side. Remove seed
- 1 banana, cut into 12 slices
- 2-3 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- Coconut chips, optional
METHOD:
- Spoon some peanut butter into the middle of the date.
- Put a slice of banana into the date and top with some coconut.
