This section is for people who want to live a healthy lifestyle but are unsure where to start. There is so much information on the internet it blows our minds. I have many tips and alternatives that I use with my family. I can honestly say that we are so much healthier than we were 3 years ago. Both my children and I had gut issues and I had many other problems.
You can take what you want from the information that I will provide. I am a big advocate of listening to your body. Find what is right for you. One thing I will say though, when you try something, if it doesn’t work after a week, it doesn’t mean it’s not working or not going to work. Let your body take the time to accept it and start the healing process. Some of us have been sick for quite some time, so it is going to take some time to heal. Be patient.
For me it’s about getting back to basics, detoxing our lives and using methods of prevention that doesn’t cost a fortune and doesn’t cost my body it’s health. Don’t wait until you’re so sick before you do something about your life. Sickness can be a long and painful road to recovery. I hear people say all the time “But I never get sick”. Never say never…
