CREAMY CORIANDER DRESSING

If you are vegan or don’t like to use eggs or cream for your salad dressing, this one is for you.

Coriander is a great heavy metal detoxes, everyone should incorporate it into their lives.

Gluten, egg, nut and dairy free

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper or chilli (optional)
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • ¹⁄³ Cup coriander

METHOD:

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you find it’s a little too thick you can add a little water.
