Gluten, egg, nut and dairy free
INGREDIENTS:
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Pinch Cayenne pepper or chilli (optional)
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- ¹⁄³ Cup coriander
METHOD:
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you find it’s a little too thick you can add a little water.
