This may not look the best but it is so nutritious and man is it tasty. If you like sweet and savoury together you will like this.

Gluten, egg and dairy free



  • 2 slices of tbread of your choice (preferably not white)
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced



  • Toast the bread to your liking.
  • Spread half the avocado on each piece of toast.
  • Top the avocado with the peanut butter as best you can.
  • Layer the slices of banana on the top. Now it’s yours to hook into.
