This yoghurt is a great sauce for meat dishes or over your roast vegetables. We have it with ourĀ BEEF/LAMB KOFTA.
Gluten, egg, nut free
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup natural yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Pinch salt and pepper
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Serve with any met or vegetable dish as a sauce or dressing.
- We love it with myĀ BEEF/LAMB KOFTA
