Gluten, nut, egg and dairy free (if using coconut yoghurt)
This is the favourite breakfast smoothie in our house. It feeds both my children. Such a quick and simple, nutritious meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ banana, sliced
- ½ Cup frozen blueberries
- ¹⁄³ Cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ Cup coconut yoghurt (or plain greek yoghurt)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 Cup coconut water
METHOD:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or bullet.
- Blend until smooth. If it is too thick you can add some more coconut water.
