Gluten, nut, egg and dairy free (if using coconut yoghurt)

This is the favourite breakfast smoothie in our house. It feeds both my children. Such a quick and simple, nutritious meal.


  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ½ Cup frozen blueberries
  • ¹⁄³ Cup frozen raspberries
  • ¼ Cup coconut yoghurt (or plain greek yoghurt)
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Cup coconut water



  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or bullet.
  • Blend until smooth. If it is too thick you can add some more coconut water.
